I wish there was a negative star worst customer service period got a laptop for xmas told it was a touch screen and that's what the contract states well guess what it was not I called and explained my situation and was told I could bring it back and exchange for a new one after aruguing with over the phone and in The store trying to explain that this model was not a touch screen they tell me I can not exchange it because I was not on the contract I called and explained all this to them before I drove there and it was fine until I drive thirty minutes to get there so I had to get a piece of paper and take it to my fiance at work to sign and bring back so I could get a new one the guy said they would be open until 9 ok no problem I came back an hour later and exchanged which I asked for a new contract with the right laptop on it and they would not give me because it was updated in their system and that's all that mattered ONLY to get home which is thirty minutes away to charge it and they gave me the wrong charger not even the same brand so once again I go back and guess what it's 8:00 and they are closed after the man told me they would be closing at 9 so yes I wasted two and a half hours out of my day because this store could not get anything right so now mince agin I have to go back to the store

Not acceptable behavior towards customers, poor customer service, they cheat good people by adding money to acct that is not due! Melinda a regional manager of this store has a temper and does not hold back using bad language towards a customer. Once acct is paid in full I will never use an Aaron's store again. Also I used to work for this company, and was told to remember the company came before my health.

After a year and a halfof Lies, Being put off, and finaly demanding action i was closed and sent to colletions, Why? cause they didnt want to give me the item that was in the contract! They called me many times before , but now say they dont have my number, Also a few times of going into store to make payment had to wait while "It Seems" the employees got done talking "and passing a joint " could smell itthru out the store! Then at last i tried to concile the contract to be told i was not a good customer and they didnt care if i ever came back! And i Wont! go with out before going to This Store! (17th, Street in Wilmington NC.)

Three employees present. One approached, two never acknowledged me. I was directed to check out inventory on my own with a computer located at the front of the store. I will visit again and correct the rating appropriately, if service improves.
