Kurt was very helpful and patient with us. He brought us to exactly what we were looking for and waited while we tested out each recliner, giving us suggestions as to which ones might be best for us. He explained all the specs, pros, and even cons of each one we showed interest in. Once we found the right one he showed us various types of fabric that we could customize it with. With all of his amazing help we decided to go with the iclean fabric and chose a custom color. We are extremely pleased with the service he provided us!
Upon entering this Wilmington, NC store, I was impressed with the casual elegance. Two people assisted me as I made my selection and purchase. Both were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had owned La Z-Boy furniture in the past so very comfortable with the quality. And I am very pleased with the service I received.

I think there should be the option to pick up my purchase at the store or the delivery should be free. I felt I was being forced to pay another $100 for the shipping and delivery.
We had purchased a Thorne High Leg Recliner in April 2016 that was defective in the reclining mechanism causing the seat cushion materials to tear. After contacting customer service and having a service technician inspect the chair in our home, we were credited the full purchase price toward buying a replacement chair. The store personnel were very helpful to select better wearing material and processing the new order. We are very satisfied with how this was handle.
