One of the most horrific experience in my life! The day they deliver my furniture, the had the wrong color sectional and they forgot half the legs for the sectional!! On top of that they didn't have my bed or night stands. After dealing with all that, two days later they returned with the right color sectional but it had a hole in it. And if things can't get any worse because they forget half the legs for the other sectional, it had scratched my hardwood floors!! I guess you live and learn but I will never buy anything there again!!!
Waiting 3 months on parts. Just a lot of run around. One would be better off going to Rooms To Go! See more info on Better Business Bureau wed site tomorrow.
Wonderful place to shop! Tristan he is excellent not pushy at all and he was extremely helpful in the purchase of our 2 recliner sofas and decorative arm chair!! Will definitely be back to shop with Tristan!!

Needles to say I'm not a happy customer. I bought a sectional Memorial Day weekend. Was told this sectional was going to come in around the mid of June. Which was perfect because I was moving into a new place the beginning of June. never got a phone call saying ANYTHING about the shipment. I have had to call and get updates every 2 weeks. And told to wait 2 more weeks. Well now I am here a month and 1/2 waiting on my sectional siting on the FLOOR! They did not tell us a realistic date of when the sectional would be here. And very displeased with our sales person because of the LACK of informing us of what's going on.
