So having a bad experience with my house burning down I felt that furniture shopping would be great, I was very excited to pick things out, when I arrived the store was very hot and uncomfortable but I picked out what I wanted and placed my order all for it to take 2 hours to check out. I waited patiently for a week to get my furniture as we were sitting on the floor. My 2-6 delivery hot there at 715 no biggie, but my nightstand was missing it was paid for and my coffee table was missing, it never was ordered. My bed has a scratch on side board and on head board the dresser drawers are crooked and dresser has a scratch oh and when they went to set up they left the hardware to the bed at the store that they had to drive back 20 miles to get and bring back. I called the lady at the store she said not getting the nightstand was a glitch and she ordered it and I could pick it up Tuesday but that the coffee table was never bought she stated she would refund 99$ delivery fee so I asked if she could just send the coffee table back when the guys bought the hardware the table was on clearance for $127 she stated the owners will not give anything, I said I'll pay the difference over the phone and she said our computers shut down I can't send you anything until it's paid for. So when I go back next week to buy the rest of the furniture I need It will NOT be from Badcock... I guess there is a reason it's called BAD cock...
Beautiful well made furniture. Not cheap but worth it.
Everything was nice and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. They aren't a bombard you as soon as you walk in the door place so that was nice. We came to them as we were ready and were not watched like a circling vulture you get at other places. Kaylee was very helpful and we loved our approval amount which surprised me. I'm only giving a 4/5 star rating because the Labor Day sale wasn't what the advertising made it out to be but their regular sales were just as good.
The women at the store were extremely helpful and they have a beautiful selection of furniture at very reasonable prices.
For a large furniture store they had what they advertised in the flyer and it was in stock. Employees Shelley and Marline were fun to work with and helpful.
