Wonderful service from the in-store sales staff to the delivery by Marvin and Devin. They were on time and very professional. I continue to recommend this store to all of my friends.
Horrible experience with this company and customer service. First, they forgot to place half of the order. Secondly, they sent furniture that smelled of throw up, so much so that the delivery man commented on it. The said they would clean it and I took it back because I loved the piece. Well the smell did not go away. (I had at least ten people smell it to make sure I wasn't crazy) when I called back, Mike told me that I was being sensitive. I was so upset because I wanted this to work but I cannot have a house that smells like this! I've never experienced such horrible customer service and will never deal with this company again.
