God bless Lindsey. She is an attribute to the store. I came in and explained my situation to her and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and made several recommendations that I had not thought of. No high pressure... she was great! Good job Lindsey.
Calling this location incompetent would be an insult to incompetent stores, and people. They will flat out lie to you about if they called or not. I think they have not understood that today we have call logs on phones, and can give you the date and time of the call. Or show that a call did not happen. I can even go further and pull the records from my telephone provider and show that a call did or did not happen. They will also give you multiple stores on when an item will arrive or if it is discontinued. Don't waste your time or money in this store. This store is the shining example of why retail is dying.
Very nice furniture. And even nicer salesman. They are not cheap. But they had quality things.
Great experience! I was so excited (yet frightened) to purchase my very first bedroom set and Rose Brother's not only helped me to find the perfect set for me but stayed within my budget and delivered (for FREE) and even set it up! Overall a great experience - they made me feel confident, educated and comfortable about my purchase. I will definitely be recommending to all family and friends.
Wish I had read the reviews before we bought from this store . THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT. Very Poor customer care service . We customed ordered a piece an after it did not hold up 4 months later , I am just getting abuse an the run around about how they aren’t liable for there products . Definitely do not buy from them
