Came in to buy a couch and was treated like a couple on drugs. Was so offends we left and will never be back.

The over priced merchandise as well as the rude employees make this a place that neither me nor my friend would ever return to or recommend.

Prices are very comparable to other up scale stores. I really liked shopping here.

Went to gamestop and noticed the place. So, we went in with a friend to look around asked if we could use the restroom after i got out my friend went in and the manager asked me why we went into bathroom implying that we do drugs.

Great place. Up scale. Lots of furniture in arrangements to have ideas.

I purchased a couch and two chairs with an ottoman and a chest. I also purchased three chairs of which had to be shipped from the manufacturer. I will have to leave out some of the details so this will not be a long review. I am certainly very unhappy in the way my purchase was handled. In a nutshell, it took too long to receive my furniture. I was waiting patiently for my last three chairs. I noticed that the Leg on my new couch was broken. I called to check on my chairs and got different answers on delivery time and never received a call from the store. I never received a call from the sales person that I'm sure made a profit selling me the furniture. When the last shipment of chairs came in one of them had a broken leg. So after a long wait, much longer than expected, I had to wait again for the fourth chair due to the broken leg. Then no one called again about redelivering the fourth chair or what they were going to do to fix it. My husband had to call the store again they delivered the chair back to us with the leg still broken but glued together. My perspective I would have let the customer keep the chair and called the manufacturer to either have a new leg or a new chair delivered. None of this happened. I am concerned companies today in the u.s. really do not care about the customer or the products they sell. When I was a customer service rep I would always follow through and call back customers especially the ones that had situations or problems that needed to be addressed. I have proof of that because I have letters that I saved thanking me for my service. I also work for companies that stood behind their product they would replace what was broken or they would fix what needed to be fixed. Companies do not do that anymore it's really sad and I would not recommend on any furniture from the store. The whole situation was handled incorrectly they also wasted their time delivering furniture that was broken it should have been inspected before it left it's just costly to everyone involved.
