This hotel is very convenient to Wilmington Historic downtown, and sits on the water edge. We had a nice view of the water. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay and the parking lot was well lit. I appreciated that the breakfast was offered until 10 am instead of the standard 9am. I do not want to wake early on my vacations.
The room was very clean with modern appliances and furniture. Parking was easy and accessible with a great central location to the attractions downtown. We had a fantastic view of the fourth of July fireworks which were set up directly in front of the motel on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful and we never had any issues with noise from other guests. Overall, this best western was our best experience with the company and we will be staying here again for future Wilmington visits.
Right in the water with a great veiw of the battle ship and easy walking distance to the eating and shopping district of Downtown Wilmington. Room clean and a great price, breakfast was as expected with plenty on offer. Very good value for our 3 night stay.
Very clean and comfortable. The river view rooms have a great view. It's kinda motel style with outdoor walkways leading to the rooms. I live in Wilmington and would consider staying here again if I had to stay downtown.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They let me check in early which was great. Awesome Riverside view from the room. The building is dated but the rooms have been updated to a more modern style. They also provide free breakfast and parking.
