I'm rating this one star due to finding out 2 days after I checked out that one of the housekeepers had gone into my room even when I had the do not disturb up in the door. She decided she needed to rummage threw my belongings in my suitcase and steal 2 of my checks. She forged my signature and cashed them. Talked to hotel GM , who instructed to file a police report and press charges which I have but police have not been very responsive.
Needless to say will not be staying here ever again.
Nice hotel. Great location, within walking distance of the Cotton Exchange, the major stretch of bars/restaurants/shops on Front Street and the river walk. Service was good, valet is available for parking but there is a parking garage nearby as well. Room was clean and amenities as expected for this level of hotel. Major plus is a wired Ethernet plug in the room. Only thing to note is if you have a room facing Grace Street, the establishments on that street sometimes have live music and this can be loud in those rooms.
Stayed here in October on business. Upon arrival had to wait for a while to have car valeted. Valet staff did not offer to help with luggage. Front desk was courteous and friendly. Evening front desk was helpful with offering assistance and directions for dinner dinner nearby. Room was good, view was of AC units. Check out valet was great.
Excellent front staff. Very helpful. Check in was quick. Rooms are very nice with great bathrooms. Location is great for walking to local bars and restaurants. Will come again.
These guys really screwed me over with my room. They sent me down the street to the Hilton and tried to make me checkout and come back to there hotel the next night. Bad business
Really clean facility with the friendliest staff ever placed in a hotel. They were knowledgeable and informative. They truly show they care about their guests..
Have had a lot of inconveniences due to this with changing Bank accounts, etc and still no response from the hotel. Didn't even get valet charges comped.
