Their rooms are very clean. The price is good. The staff is nice. The breakfast could use more selections and it would be nice if they had a small 9 seat or less bar inside like Best Western in Leeland. My new home away from home....
My Family and I stayed here last weekend for the annual River Fest. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and devoted to making sure each guest had everything they needed. Although the entire staff was absolutely wonderful, James who ran Valet was hands down the best! He was not only personable but knowledgeable and kind. He was busy non-stop but always smiled, greeted guest, even as they walked by and offered to help if they needed anything. He made us feel important and welcome the entire weekend. We over heard another guest speaking of how wonderful he was as well. We will definitely be staying here again and gladly recommend them to others looking for a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were clean and beautifully put together. The hotel is in a prime location and walking distance to the river walk, restaurants and entertainment.
Great hotel with good service. Breakfast was decent. Just beware that parking is not on site. They do offer valet but you can park right across the street in a parking garage for free.
Incredible experience at this hotel. The building is brand new, the location is great, and all of the staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the boardwalk and all the shops downtown, as well as the Cotton Exchange. The room was perfectly clean, and smelled nice. The new interior was great, and the bathroom was the nicest I have seem at a Hampton Inn. Would highly recommend staying here
