There are better places right off the island to eat
We had a very satisfactory stay for 7 nights. All the staff were wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared and varied some every day. Good coffee!! We really liked the location for convenience to all the places we wanted to visit and where we were joining friends for Thanksgiving. Will definitely book again when we return to Wilmington.
The Best Western Plus hotel is located right off of a freeway. There are several restaurants in walking distance. It is located near the historic downtown area and River Walk, and also 5 miles from the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding with many choices of food. The coffee is excellent.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Working air conditioner. Love the times for breakfast and checkout! There is no rush to get up and check out. Wish the pillows were more comfortable. Not a big fan of the them. But overall, it was a good stay. Recommended.
As we walked in upon arrival, the front desk employee greeted us with a welcoming smile that brought about conversation. Our room was clean & in good shape .. Bed was quite comfortable. We found all the employees friendly & helpful to make sure our stay was a good one. The breakfast menu changed each day. So appreciate that it is a pet friendly place ... Room we stayed in did not have any scent from prior dog ... Very clean. We were so satisfied that we plan on visiting again when we head south for the winter. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
We've been to the Crab Pot at least 5 times the food is okay we normally get the Crab Pot.. We had lobster and crab yesterday neither one was a anything special for the price. But the important part about this place is if you read the back of their menu they will tell you exactly how much they do not like their customers and what you are to do if you have a complaint the whole back of their menu is extremely harsh. The Crab Pot survive off of tourist dollars. But they do make it painfully clear I don't like terrorist and I want to hear from you! And they put in writing do not complain don't bother them...
