We are very disappointed at this point. We ordered a desk for my son and after 3 weeks it was delivered damaged. It has been almost a month since then and the new desk has not yet arrived. When I called, the manager on duty seemed less than willing to advocate on my behalf with the distributor nor did he offer any reimbursement for the inconvience. I would recommend finding a place with better customer service.

Excellent customer service! We had a problem with the futon we purchased 2 years ago. Maurice handled this issue professionally and stood by his product. He replaced a defective part, which was delivered and set up by his excellent delivery crew. We were very pleased with how this was handled, and highly recommend Fred's Beds. Thank you Maurice!
