The hotel is clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The housekeeping staff is outstanding. The only small issue I have is that the breakfast selection was lacking a bit. What they have is good. Everything about our stay went as planned from reservation to checkout. Highly recommend.
Touring musician Sam Lewis is a client of ours who recently stayed here while performing in Wilmington and had a fantastic time! The room was perfect, and the staff was very friendly with the late check in. Sam wasn't able to stay as long but was able to make full use of the fitness room before the free breakfast. Ignite would like to say "Thank You!" on their behalf and we can't wait to recommend this place to anyone in the area!
I'm always surprised at how little difference there is between low-end and high-end hotel chains. This Hampton inn was great. The front desk attendant was super friendly, the room was relatively enormous and included all the typical amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) the appliances were in great condition, there was a large mini-fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable (although the pillows could use some work). The free breakfast included a fair number of options, including juices, coffee, cereal, pancakes and waffles, oatmeal and toppings, and more. The food wasn't great but it was more than passable, especially given that it was free.
We were there for 5 nights and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
I'm so very appreciative of the discount given to families with loved ones in the hospital. Hospice was full and we had 2 families come in from out of town. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very appreciated.
