OK but not in the best condition that we have come to know from other Garden Inns. Not noise insulated so we hear our neighbors conversation, walking around upstairs, and people moving through the hallways. Entire property is showing considerable wear including the beds/mattresses in our rooms. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly which helps ease the physical detractors.
Me and my family checked into the Hilton on a hot Saturday afternoon and soon as I walked in the door I was impressed. The staff was wonderful from the start. I checked in without any problem or long lines. I was in a big rush and was so glad that they made everything so easy. I loved the cool drinks they had out everyday to give you a refreshing drink to cool you down on those hot days. I bar far choose this hotel for any of your stays in Wilmington or surrounding areas.
The rooms were clean and quite. Had everything we needed in the room, too. The pool was heated, and pretty decent size. There is a gym, but it's not very big. It has a few machines, but they do offer a pass to Gold's gym for free if you need more machines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time in this hotel.
Friendly Service. Nice clean rooms. Nice amenities. The Jr suite was spacious. Only issue was the AC never got cool enough for me, felt muggy. I would recommend you give them a shot. :)
Clean, nicely done rooms, newish. Staff tries to accommodate, with a smile! Great location near upscale outdoor mall w/theater & trendy food. Close to Wrightsville Beach & local restaurants & highways. 20 min to downtown Wilmington. Good choice.
