The first room we were given was a bit in disrepair. They were very accommodating and moved us to another room immediately which was much cleaner. It seems to be an older building in need of work but the staff was friendly and we slept well.
Nice experience, clean, comfortable and well-supplied. Polite and helpful staff. Location is reasonably convenient near the Walmart and major roads. Ample parking. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold items.
Absolutely the best motel I have ever resided in! I loved it so much I booked a week in March 2018! Just a great place to stay! Top-Notch in every way!
Holiday Inn Express never disappoints us. The rooms are clean, well maintained and staff is always friendly. We come to Wilmington every couple of months to be with my mother-in-law who has Alzheimer's. Rhonda, at the front desk makes our stay as enjoyable as possible. She is professional, kind and sweet. When a hotel has a staff who goes out of their way to make a difficult time as enjoyable as possible, you know you've got a winner!! We are Platinum IHG members for a reason!!
The rooms needed work and better cleaning. The first room we were in had some pretty bad cleaning issues. But the staff was super helpful and nice finding a suitable room that was in good repair.
