We stayed here with a youth hockey team for a weekend tournament. The management and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel welcomed. Bent over backwards to accommodate the needs of our group. Pool, bar, breakfast...all good. Big "thumbs up" for the Holiday Inn.
Nicely decorated. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! Staff were very attentive and pleasant.
It was not the best hotel I’ve stayed at but also not the worst. Customer service was great and the price for breakfast is more than fair. I wouldn’t go around recommending this hotel but if someone asks, I’ll tell them it’s good.
The room was very nice and comfortable. I stayed only one night. After leaving my $200 flat iron I called to have it sent to me, but ironically enough they said it was not found. They offered no help in getting me my left item. When I asked for the housekeeper who cleaned the room they were unable to obtain it and sent me the head housekeepers name after calling them multiple times. I do not recommend this location. I plan to take further action on the issue.
Overall the hotel is nice. It's been recently renovated. I just wish Holiday Inn would have complementary breakfast for everyone.
