We stayed for a weekend trip to the zoo. Great location, quiet, and clean. Location was perfect close to zoo, downtown, and restaurants.

Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous. Great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely come again and recommend to others.

I booked 2 rooms. Pros: they were clean and neat. The front desk was courteous and helpful. Cons: a/c was not working in one room and the bathroom in that same room had a broken door and light/fan didn't work. Over all my experience was fair.

Front desk staff are wonderful. Janet gave us ideas for dinner, and was very sweet. She filled us in on pool hours (which was very clean), the popcorn maker in the lobby (yes fresh complimentary popped popcorn at 5pm was perfect after the pool with our movie), and the complimentary breakfast bar which was fantastic and CLEAN!! Yogurt, pastries, cereal, make your own waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, English muffins, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee.

Oh and my kids got to feed the fish in the aquarium :)

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. Stayed here 18-19 November 2017. The first two rooms I stayed in were infested with roaches. After that the receptionist at the front desk gave me a third that was infested with bed bugs. I was so upset, my daughters whole soccer team stayed here and I had to tell all the parents and the coach be sure to check all their kids things before going home. When I told the front desk of the issue in the 3rd room she politely said all they could do was offer a 10% discount. I asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t present but was given a card to call. Once I called the front desk clerk (a male) lied and said he was the manager, which he was not; then said we’re aware of the situation and a manager will call you which they did not. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE IT A TERRIBLE PLACE.

We will be back for sure on our next stay!

I can say it's not the worst place on market street but it's definitely not the best. There were roaches in the room and the first night I stayed in one room the refrigerator didn't work and the shower had no hot water. The second room smelled like mold and had tiny pillows for a king sized bed. One positive thing is the people at the front desk were nice.

The room was tidy. And to be a pet hotel I would have never known! I love that they had hardwood floors in the room.
