Friendly staff and the room was perfect for our family trip. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. While we didn’t shop it is conveniently located near plenty of shopping and food choices. We stayed for Thanksgiving and one of the super kind housekeeping staff members helped me corral my two year old. I even locked myself out of my room with my husband in the shower!! It was wonderful to be met with the kindness of a fellow mom. I don’t know her name but I am Thankful for her.
Fantastic hotel! I used them for a professional meeting and had several attendees stay overnight as well. Lane was a pleasure to work with when setting it up and discussing/planning logistics. I arrived at 7 am and the room was completely set up and ready. Everything went smoothly and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The guests who stayed overnight raved about how nice the rooms are. I will absolutely use them again for events or for out of town guests. The location is great as well!
Fantastic staff. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. I work in the hospitality industry and I loved this property. Across from Mayfair Town Center and a perfect location to everything in Wilmington.
My only complaint seems to be a hotel trend. There were no bags in the garbage pails. (Yuck)
Went to the SpringHill Suites to visit a guest. The lobby and it's attached bar were very clean and modern. The rooms were nice and well furnished.
First, they have lollipops at the front desk, which is great. The place seemed very clean. The breakfast food was decent for being hotel breakfast. The staff was super friendly as well.
